Appearance:
Kira is a rather innocuous short young girl in her late teens, she has short black hair and bangs that cover her face and pale white skin from her years living in the middle of a typhoon. She typically is seen wearing a black collared shirt and a crimson red skirt. Kira's most distinctive characteristic is the deep red scars on her neck from when she was almost killed during her days as a street urchin. Scars she now covers with various chokers, as an almost compulsive urge.
Personality:
Outwardly Kira is a shy, quiet child, the deaths of all her family members having a strong impact on her, however, in truth, this is just an act in an effort to disguise her deep and calculating personality, using others to fulfill whatever her goal is at the time. She makes a habit of quietly observing people and crafting a facade to manipulate them accordingly. It is not abnormal to see Kira apparently lost in thought or reading at any occasion.
