History: In an effort to encourage the development of its shinobi forces tanbogakure instituted a policy of active learning, encouraging shinobi to ‘learn on the job’ as it were and providing specialized tutors who were employed to go on missions with village shinobi as a way to provide them both practical experience and active training at the same time.

Any missions undertaken within the rice country by Tanbogakure shinobi or allies of tanbogakure may have one of the village’s NPC’s with the Teacher role attend in order to provide training during the mission, note that this npc will not intervene in the mission itself, assist the mission members against hunters, or intervene if their students are accosted by a mission invader.

The NPC must be mentioned to be within the topic. Individuals using the discount from this must include training or usage or the techniques leaned with the reduction(s).

This provides a 10% discount to all shinobi to which it applies. This explicitly can stack with the max stat discount, so long as the Max Stat discount is also applicable to the ninja and circumstance.


Requires an Advanced Training Facility. Missions do not grant Bonus AP from rewards if this discount is used. It is also not applicable for the conversion for max AP characters.
