Backstory: Fusion of soul and chakra to create a new technique via the oversoul the Kamigawa uses. It evolves the power the user possesses through their oversoul, creating a new technique.

Appearance: Applied to a Jutsu while in "Oversoul" mode, the caster can cause their jutsu to power up and grow incredibly larger than normal-- magnifying its properties a hundred-fold. The jutsu also takes on a color change and starry hues in its appearance. A single jutsu that could take out a whole army, can be used to destroy an entire nation...

What it does: From within the Oversoul the user creates, the caster can freely channel their own jutsu through the state of their Oversouls, giving the 'avatar' one of its stronger attacks to use as its own. The result amplifies the existing jutsu's power several times to create a devastating attack. This makes the overall size of the Jutsu increase by 20/30 meters in size, and increases its range by +20/+50 in terms of a projectile attack.
