What it does: Unlike solid scalpels, this technique can create cuts inside the body without actually piercing the skin. The blade created is highly accurate, and as such is often used for surgeries and dissections. Although this technique can be used offensively, it requires good precision to be effective. It is possible to sever tendons and muscles with the scalpel, but should the user choose they can cut through anything that doesn't resist it's power, such as bones, flesh, and chakra constructs. If the user severs the muscles or tendons in an opponent's limb, then that limb loses 50 points of speed (stopping at 1) until it is treated by an appropriate medical technique of higher power. The speed debuff does not stack in any way.
Additionally, the chakra scalpel acts as a barrier around the user's hand, allowing it to clash more effectively against blades or be used for defense. It has a health of health stat, and a DR of a non scaling 50 against non-chakra based damage, such as taijutsu, weaponry, or even explosive notes.
This jutsu forms at jutsu speed, where it will expand outwards from the hand until it reaches its maximum size.

What it does: the user forms sharpened chakra along one of their hands, identically to their Chakra Scalpel, before sending it out in a spray of 250/500 needles. Each one has the exact dimensions as a regular senbon (6 inches long). The spray spreads at a 180-degree angle until it reaches maximum range, where they fizzle out as if it had never existed.
The needles travel at jutsu speed, have jutsu health, and will pierce targets in range according to the jutsu power stat.
Should the user know how to craft poisons or has any techniques that create or use poisons, they can choose to infuse the needles with the poison when the jutsu is used. The needles will be considered to have a poison as strong as jutsu power and will convey the poison's effects to whoever is pierced by a needle. Backstory: A staple technique known by almost any self-respecting practitioner. Its origins have been obscured by time.

What it does: The user artificially speeds up the target's cell division with chakra, exponentially increasing healing speed. In practice, this results in dramatic recovery speeds for external and internal damage alike. When used to heal, the target will gain 50 HP per post- this amount cannot scale. Some more complex operations may take longer to heal based off of how damaged the target is; however, once the target either gains back half their HP they have received in damage or reaches their HP cap (whichever is lower), their wounds will be considered 'healed'. It should be noted that any targets can never surpass their HP cap in this manner. If restoring an injury from a previous thread in a non-combat environment, it can be healed in one post.
For balance's sake, limbs cannot be regrown, only re-attached, and organs re-grown will be considered clanless- no doujutsu farming.
In the more combat-inclined users of this technique, they can decide to make their Mystical Palm offensive. This changes the AP cost as detailed in 'Action Cost'. The target will instead be paralyzed in the area of contact unless their Strength is higher than the jutsu's power, scaled as normal. In example, targeting a leg will cause that specific leg to be paralyzed, but targeting the neck or anything above will result in full-body paralysis for up to three posts.
Whether this technique is used for healing or paralysis MUST be chosen upon the jutsu's activation. It cannot be changed later.
Finally, this technique has a unique mastery option: if they spent one mastery slot, the user can use this technique to perform any of the above effects from up to five meters away. This is shown in-character as the glow around the user's hands stretching out in a 20 cm wide and tall beam at jutsu speed. This is blocked by any barriers with stats (such as jutsu or registered armor- regular clothing will not work), but they can be passed through with the technique caster's (or armor wearer's respectively) consent.
This technique can be used to perform transplants in non-combat threads, or once all combat in a thread has been concluded. This takes one post.

What it does: The user spits a stream of water from their mouth at the ground within five meters, which circles them and rises upward to create a wall that can be created to a maximum size of ten meters tall and wide. The wall cannot be created within 1 meter of another character. If the user is standing on a water body, they can instead create the wall from the source. The water wall defends anyone within its perimeter from attack, with the wall's strength being determined by health. Because the water is clear, the wall doesn't obstruct the user's vision, allowing them to make their next move uninhibited. The wall's initial formation, if timed correctly, can be used to fend off opponents, knocking them airborne or flinging them away as the wall rises with jutsu power. What it does: The user exhales a thick cloud of purple smoke in the shape of a cone, expanding to 5/10m in width at its endpoint and 10/20 meters in length. Once it reaches its maximum size, the cone of fog then spreads out to become a circle with a radius of 10/20 meters, with its midpoint being the halfway point of the original cone's length (more simply, 5/10 meters directly in front of where the user of the technique exhaled the poison). The cloud of poison mist is dome-shaped, with a maximum height of 10/20m. The fog is opaque, obscuring normal vision.
This purple mist is loaded with deadly toxins and chemicals synthesized from the user's body and chakra. If it is inhaled, or a character ends a post inside the cloud, they are subject to a damage over time effect. This effect deals 30/50 (flat and unalterable as per DoT guidelines) chakra-based damage for three posts unless counteracted by a poison-countering technique with a greater Power than that of this one. The poison causes the target to feel cold, clammy, and panicky, communicating the damage going on to their internal organs. If the target reaches 0HP while under the effects of this technique, they immediately die. The caster is immune to this poison.
If the target has access to another poison or technique that generates poison of this technique's rank or below, they may exhale it instead with this technique's power, dimensions, and delivery method, replacing the damage over time effect. If item-based poisons are used this will consume doses of it as appropriate.
If overcome by a Wind technique of superior power, the poison cloud is rendered inert and blown away.

What it does: The user directs chakra to a specific point of their body (either limbs, torso, or neck/head) at jutsu speed. The delegated chakra takes on healing and restorative properties that grant the user damage resistance equal to jutsu power at that specific location. Therefore if an attack upon that point of the body makes contact, the yin healing effectively negates the received damage by jutsu power.
As is standard with DR techniques, this technique's power is a pool. The jutsu will have its power reduced by the power of the techniques it neutralizes, so the more it neutralizes, the weaker it will get. Chakra is used to reconnect fragmented bone pieces and temporarily reinforce them with chakra. Healing depends on the severity of the injury, for example, a clean break would be easier to mend than one with many bone fragments. What it does: The chakra infused into the material makes it cling to whatever solid surface it is applied to. This can be a wall, a person's limb, a tree, etc., as long as the majority of the surface area is in contact with the target. For example, this could not be used to apply a tag to the blade of a sword unless the user has time to carefully wrap it.
Anything stuck can, of course, be removed physically by anybody with a strength higher than the power of the technique, blown off by a technique of higher power, and so on. Anybody with a chakra higher than the power of the technique can also disrupt the chakra bond if they are able to run chakra through where the tag is stuck (such as through physical contact, or if the tag is stuck to chakra-infused armor, etc) which makes the stuck material simply fall off.

What it does:
The user transforms themselves in any way, shape, or form, whether another person, plant, animal, or inanimate object. Transformation speed takes place at jutsu speed, and jutsu speed scales with the user's vigor stat. This Object may be up to 3 meters in any/all directions and may not be smaller than 3 inches in any/all dimensions. The user can choose what they look like, but the user must describe it in detail. If the technique has not been mastered, some flaws in the disguise can potentially be exploited (within reason). The user retains their regular stats while transformed.
If the user transforms into an object with a sharp stat or an animal with natural weapons (beak, teeth, paws, claws, etc.), the technique's power will represent its sharpness (does not scale). They do not gain the health stat of the object/animal they are transforming into (IE if they transform into a suit of armor, they do not have the armor's health).
The user may not transform other targets, but they can change the solid clones they have created. They may choose different appearances for each separate transformation. Should the clone be destroyed while transformed, they will not revert unless either the technique is dispelled.

What it does: Upon completing the handseals, the user may select one object within range. That object takes on an illusory image of the user, and may act as the user in a limited manner (reacting, emoting, or speaking), but it cannot independently move more than 1m from its position.
