And…

Much to his surprise, the placement was…a success!

Hahah, thank goodness it had worked! Although, there still was the small pang of guilt felt as the heiress to the Daimyo’s position and power had started to cause her to visibly act in pain against these feelings. But soon after those started, they would seemingly wash over like the waves of the great blue sea would come crashing against a sandy coastline. It would look as though Baruga was almost sat in an electric chair given the amount of stress it looked like she endured as Roki would go about placing Fuijin’s Juinjutsu on her. Although, with the results both of them had hoped for, hopefully it would deem to be a payoff in the long run. Such was a small price for the power it would give.

He'd laugh at her jest after the jolts would cease. Bringing forth 2 mirrors from the nearby shelf, as well as the unrolled scroll, he’d hand one of the two mirrors over the goddess of the deep, instructing her to pose it over her shoulder. With his one hand then holding the scroll out in front of the bright blue orbs of hers, with the other mirror put in a spot so that way she could gleam the marking that had now been emblazoned upon her skin. A smile would also be given as he’d lean down to whisper ”What do you think, your Lordship? Is it everything you’ve hoped for?”

	BURNING CITIES AND NAPALM SKIES
	Baruga pored over the mirror, angling it here and there to get a better look at the seal in question. Her first thought was "yakuza" — the black markings on her dark skin reminded her of the organized crime lords of the civilian sector, and how they would have tattoos depicting their prowess. Dragons, tigers, that sort of thing. The overall space of the new tattoo reminded her of a miniature version of those whole-back pieces. Looking closer, however, it was clear that the seal took a more bourgeois approach to the design, either as a result of the seal work or because of her own chakra. The technical term that described what she was seeing was "zuiun over seigaiha". Auspicious clouds over interlocking waves, a design usually reserved for modern kimonos, now emblazoned onto her skin. The seigaiha part of the design made it look as though she had fish scales. Funny how that worked. The darkness of the tattoo itself wasn't actually pure black, but slightly colored. Like a drop of blue, green, violet, scarlet, vermillion into a thick layer of black ink. The pattern continued over her left shoulder blade, reaching over her spine and almost touching her right side. The one thing differentiating the pattern from the traditional kimono pattern were the lightning bolts branching from the clouds into the waves. She suspected that these would be important to the actual sealing structure. "I think it looks gorgeous. I can't wait to test it out — with your guidance, of course." Clipping her bra again and meandering over to grab her top, Baruga slowly but surely regained feeling in her muscles, even if every step caused her to wince in mild pain. "Urgh, everything hurts...
