Apparently I messed up the WC cost of the S-ranks. Each of those cost 5k each rather than 4k. And on top of that, I wasn't aware that individual jutsu can only be mastered twice, so I'll be removing 1 of Masteries from the Summoning Technique (Specifically Unique Mastery 1).

With these changes to the above claims, the total comes out to 107.5k. 25% of 107.5 = 26.875. 107.5 - 26.875 = 80.625

80.625 - 152.5 = 71.875. New Total WC: 71,875

So, as it turns out, I have never claimed a single weekly stipend on Shin (proof), so I will be claiming quite a bit of backpay

Shin was approved July 2nd 2021, and became C-rank August 19th 2021 - Claiming 7 weeks of D-rank stipends (3500 total)

Shin became S-rank July 15th of 2022 - Claiming 48 weeks of C-rank stipends, and 2 weeks of S-rank stipends (45k total from C-ranks + 10k from S-ranks)

19,500 + 58,500 = 78,000 ryo. New total ryo: 78,000
