2: I realized that I did not include the 3500 WC in the original costs of AP and such as well as in the CS: Senbon jutsu. As such, asking for the following:

1900 put towards the remaining 38 AP in 462/500 (Strength of a Hundred)
the remaining 1600 would be with the 25% reduction, so the original number would be at 2500/5000 before the reduction would then be 1875/3750 making the total 3475/3750.

Let me know if this works or if we should just roll the 2 dice.
