Appearance: Kura has turquoise eyes and short, white hair, which more than often draws attention from those outside of the clan. The fringe of his hair reach down to his eyes. He appears to be a bit lanky as well, but mains a nice build. He wears a white white-double breasted trench coat with black lapels that is fastened by four buttons on either side and which has a badge with four-point cross on its left breast, that is actually his clan insignia. He has a black belt with a large buckle around his waist, slightly baggy pants, and white boots with furry black liners.

Personality: Kura is generally mature and serious, in contrast to other shinobi around his age. He is easily annoyed by others fooling around and bringing unnecessary attention themselves. Mainly dislikes anything that he considers to be childish as well as being described as, and put into the category of a child. He also dislike warm weather, summer and things closely linked to fire. Kura takes everything that he does quite seriously. Paying close attention to the instructions given, as well as his surroundings. It is very rare to witness him smiling.

When he’s with his brother, Kyogetsu Hozuki, Kura continues to hold to his mature and stern nature. Though, he shows moments of tenderness towards his older brother. Even then, it is difficult to catch him smiling.
