Appearance Moka is a young girl with hip-length dirty blonde hair typically kept in a very wild and frilly manner, but there are instances when she ties it into a ponytail. Her eyes are a subtle, vibrant shade of green, and her skin is milky white in tone—Moka's outfit consists of vibrant clothing, such as kimonos and gi. She is 109 cm tall and weighs 15,5kg.

Personality Moka has a happy-go attitude, a determined individual who believes in attaining her dreams. She believes in what she considers ideal and cares a lot about the people around her, regardless of their political status. The girl is optimistic about her future and appears cheerful and overly faithful to her beliefs.

She has a short fuse and is known for the carelessly lazy approach at work that appears her way. She typically spends the time she should use for work sleeping and getting sugar highs off her favorite candies. Whenever something gets her closer to her goals, she'll work extremely hard to reach them, even sacrificing her family's work to make her look presentable every day.
