Howdy again,

Clanless allows you to learn jutsu of other specialties up to B rank. However, learning A and S rank techniques require having that specialty in order to learn them. As you have the Sensory specialty, you are only able to redeem an A rank scroll for a Sensory technique. Otherwise, you will need to change your specialty or wait until you are C power rank and can learn another specialty.
