What it does: Upon activation, the user creates a sword made of water, using water pulled any water source (or out of moisture in the air) within 5 meters of the user. This holds all the normal properties of a sharp weapon, but deals damage equal to jutsu power when striking an object, instead of using impact force calculations. The sword can be broken (health is equal to jutsu health), and if it is, this technique is put on cooldown. The sword may transform between a liquid or solid state at jutsu speed. This ability has a cooldown of one post before it can change states again.
