Appearance: The activation of this jutsu makes the user appear to exist in warped time. Their movement creates a slight distortion effect around them, almost as if space itself is conforming to their movement.

What it does:
When activated, this jutsu increases the user’s chakra by 90 and a secondary stat by 90. This secondary stat is chosen the first time this jutsu is used and does not change after that, requiring the choice to be marked on the user’s character sheet once the choice has been made.

Additionally, while this jutsu is active, any effect that requires a stat check in order to forcibly move a target in any way is instead checked against the power of this jutsu. This does not prevent damage, debuffs, or any other effects outside of the forced movement effect of a jutsu. If the targeting forced movement effect does not have a stat check, the forced movement portion of the targeting ability simply fails to function.

Existing with space-time in this way puts a strain on the body. For every round this jutsu is active, the user confers 1 Damage Marker. These markers represent 10 points of HP damage that will be applied once the technique goes on cooldown. The fourth post using this technique creates 2 markers instead of 1. This damage cannot be healed in the same topic it is applied.
