Backstory: For centuries, apothecaries and brewers have worked tirelessly to create a forgetting potions. Many have succeeded but few remember how they did it. This rare substance can still be found by ninja across the ninja world.
Health: 50
Description: Once consumed, the user can essentially "forget" any skill (or bloodline jutsu) that they have trained on their stat page. The player can then learn a new skill in its place without having to incur the increased WC penalty or a new bloodline jutsu. The user does not get the WC back for the skill/jutsu they forgot. The user can forget up to two skills/jutsu using this item.
THIS ITEM CANNOT BE USED TO REMOVE THE PUREBLOOD SKILL!
This item can only be used on a ninja's stat page and must be taken willingly.
