Backstory: Throughout history, there have been those who have used their time to create masterwork tools and weapons for citizens and ninjas. This toolkit is infused with chakra so that any ninja can augment their arms.

Description: The user consumes the toolkit to give a ninja tool one augmentation rank following the Augmentation Guidelines, bypassing the ryo component required. A material must still be used in the process.
