What it does: This is an advanced version of the shadow clone jutsu. This allows the user to create up to 4 clones of themselves instead of the normal 2 clones. However, the user's AP is divided up among the clones created.
When the clones are made, the user deducts the cost from their action points, then splits their action counters evenly amongst the clones. (Original gets any that don't go in evenly 1/3rd of 4, clones would have 1 and the original would have 2) The clones, once created, act on their own free will, being able to fight and use their own actions. The clones are fully solid and can take damage, but if dealt a fatal blow the clone will dispel in a puff of smoke. The user can dispel these clones at any time, and the clones can dispel themselves. Any action counters remaining on the clones when they dispel are returned to the original, along with all knowledge they obtained during their time in existence, including nature stacks up to the maximum. Clones are able to share thoughts with each other as well as the original as well as relay messages.
NOTE: To prevent system breaks, if a jutsu has a cooldown, it can only be used by either the user or the clone, not by both at the same time. The cooldown affects both of them. AND whatever AP the clones start with is their maximum AP and cannot gain more than that. Clones also cannot regain AP by resting

So far this should be a Konoha exclusive and put this as a canon technique. also remove the mastery please
