That Stimulus Check

Shina reached down to one of the drawers of the mahogany desk of the Hogokage. From there, the fuinjutsu expert summoned three parchments of paper. She scribbled her signature into all three prepared documents and after giving up to her worries, just this once placed the quill down. The Brunette leaned back into her chair, contemplating deeply about this particular request. The brunette flashed a smile towards the window panes, barely catching her reflection in the glass. The seat of power suited her, she decided. If only it didn't come with the trouble it did.

“This is a document that is not be unsealed by anyone else other than the ones destined to receive it." She said to four Chuunin in front of her. All good men, that could be trusted. At least with a delivery mission. Each was to deliver a letter to a specific location. With details of what they were actually delivering unknown to them. Mission protocol. Within each sealed parchment would be a small seal infused with her own fuinjutsu formula. 

Once the messengers arrived at the designated location that the targets would be, they would deliver the message to them and only them. Then disappear in a gust of wind via body flicker. Upon breaking the blob of golden wax that sealed the letter, the contents would read.

If they followed the directions, chakra would emanate from the scribblings of the seal and a pack of 5k ryo would appear with a puff of smoke.

Typhon was spending time at home on his day off when a knock came at his front door. He slipped his mask on and made sure it was secure before seeing who it was knocking.

It turned out to be a messenger from the Hogokage's office with a letter for Ty. It wished him a warm welcome to Hoshi's military and apparently a gift. All he needed to do was place his thumb on a seal at the bottom of the letter.

The seal was official and fancy looking. He stared at it for a moment as he wondered what the gift could be. The moment he placed his thumb down the letter lit up and a money pouch appeared. Typhon was caught off guard by the sudden flash of smoke, but still caught the money.

He looked down at the bag in his hand and was stunned. Money was extremely tight for him and his father at the moment and this would help a lot. It felt almost too generous for someone who just enlisted. He would need to thank the Hogokage personally should he ever run into him. Excited he ran to go tell his father the good news.

"Dad you're never gonna believe what just came in the mail!"

The dark-haired genin was so fixated with money he questioned what his next mission would be. He individually wanted to communicate with an associate who he knew to get started on some missions. He was a hard-worker and favored his own style, grasping he had to get to work. The half-doctor reached outside his apartment as a letter was received from a messenger. He was interested to know what it would have been, but he accepted the letter, sighing. The young genin opened up the letter reading it carefully as he could. He only wished his parents were around for them to see what had happened.

He was truly grateful for being a shinobi of his own village and being accepted. But he all needed to do was place his thumb on the seal on the bottom of the letter, and by following the instructions, he did. By not knowing bags of money were falling apart, something which he never expected. He was happy to receive this paycheck but thanked the hogokage personally for this. He placed his money in a secret place. He would then leave his house respectfully. Aeron was going to celebrate the check he received from the kage.

Youta woke up that morning and went down to see what was for breakfast like any other morning. He was startled by a knock on the door. When he answered the door a younger genin or maybe an academy student Youta was not sure. The other ninja gave him a letter and left. He was reading the letter and opened the seal when all of a sudden 5000 ryo was summoned out of the letter. Youta was shocked and amazed at the generosity that the hogokage showed his new ninja. He packed the 5000 FYI away and went about his day.

The young wolf was in the woods, chopping down trees to bring to the church. The approaching shinobi was stealthy, but Sebastian Loghain’s senses were far greater than that of a normal shinobi. Wiping the sweat from his brow he would turn around and greet the package carrier, axe in hand in case it were an enemy. “You probably shouldn’t be here.” Loghain would state to the soldier, though the man would remain silent and hand over a package. Once the delivery was completed the Hoshi carrier would vanish in a gust of wind, no longer within sight of Sebastian. The letter’s golden seal would be broken, the instructions followed as the fuinjutsu seal was broken in a puff of smoke and a sack of money would be conjured. The letter was nice, but it felt almost like a formality. If he had to guess this same generic letter was likely sent to others, though the wolf would hold nothing against this Shina Uzumaki. He would take note of the name of the current Hogokage for such was news to him. Of course as an exile of the village, he wasn’t always the most up to date on current events.
 

Despite nobody being around to hear his words, he would offer a simple word of thanks. This money will end up helping those in need. The wolf would then go back to harvesting wood, getting ready to offer the church more than just a sled full of wood.
