Backstory: This is a technique that has been developed by decades of practical usage of the clan's doujutsu by its members. Nobody knows who exactly created it, but it is a tool well known among the Shinkou get extract required information from their targets.

What it does: To activate it user is required to gaze upon their target and establish eye contact. The results vary depending on if the target is already under a genjutsu spell or not.
If not, then for the duration of the technique the target cannot lie. If they attempt to, they will involuntarily say the truth. It does not force the target to speak though.
But if the target is already under a different C-rank or higher ranked genjutsu, then activating this technique would force them into a sort of trance in which they would be unable to move and would answer any question asked by the caster. They would only answer up to three questions then pass out for 3 posts, or if the duration ends. The target would not remember what happened while the technique was active.
The target cannot be forced to reveal information they do not know. If the target takes damage while in the trance state, they automatically break out. Only 1 target may be under the effects of this technique at all times
