Honest Living

Underneath Fu’s eccentric and chipper demeanor was a fire of determination radiating throughout her body. She was equally obsessive about her goals as she was hyperactive, which was a dangerous, but productive, combination. The girl only had two aspirations in life. The first was to become the worlds most renowned monster hunter. She dreamed of fierce battles and eternal glory, and she was not shy about going around and telling people about it. Fu planned to train hard until stories of her adventures spanned across the shinobi world. Her other aspiration was to be rich. She figured that the fame that came along with being a famous hunter would lace her pockets with Ryo. Unfortunately for Fu, she was at the beginning of her journey and still had not done anything of notoriety other than running around Suna with Wan. Fu was still a nobody and as a nobody she had to work hard for her money.
Sunagakure was beginning to grow on Fu. She enjoyed the differences between her village and this one, except for the weather. It was also a village of great opportunity and she knew it. The village was neutral which attracted merchants, other village ninja, and missing ninja alike, which was great for business. The market area was lively, and the streets were crowded with merchants, patrons, beggars, and many other different looking characters. Fu was not much of a businesswoman, but she did have a few skills that she could pass along as services and turn a profit from utilizing them- thus leading to her purchase of a small store front right in the middle of Sunagakure’s market.
The location was very plain and matched the architecture of the other buildings in the area. It was located on a singular, wide busy street. Along both sides of the road were storefronts and in between them were merchant stalls. Fu’s singular room shop on ground level was comprised of a 5x5 meter room. The front of the building was completely open, the only thing separating the room from the outside was sliding door which was only closed when the shop was not open.
The only furniture inside of the shop was a 2-meter bar that was just a piece of wood attached to the wall and 3 wooden barstools that were tucked underneath the bar table. On the other side of the room was a singular work bench. Just outside the shop was a singular anvil next to a 2-meter diameter pit used to store and heat coals to use for smithing and augmenting weapons and armor. Next to the anvil and coal pit was a small stool which Fu would sit on while working the anvil.
Fu would utilize this storefront to offer services in smithing and fuinnjutsu. Her smithing abilities far outweighed her Fuinnjutsu abilities, but she was sure by practicing the jutsu art on others would eventually make her an expert.
Fu would sign the final documents and hand them over along with a sack of ryo totaling 7K, thus solidifying her purchase.

From my understanding there has been an OOC approval from the current Kazekage for starting this business in Suna territory.
