Re: Visiting noble [C-Rank]
Mon Nov 30, 2020 9:36 pm
As the four came together he would look around. Thinking to himself of how each one could be useful. As such with the team. As teams usually come together with each person bringing something to the fold of things. But how will that play out if the group go together like fire and water or even oil. This would be interesting to see if anything. Looking back over to his comrade from before. He would want to know if he could talk to the Hokage. To which Flow would reply. " As the next person in line to defend our belove Hokage with my life. Or so my master was training me for. Getting you a audience with lord Hokage would not be something you would want to do. I mean we are all trying to bounce back from war. I see you wish to talk about your rent problem. As most with clans does not have this problem. But the do pay a yearly taxe fee that might as well be rent. But I could only tell you to wait for his return and I will boost you up on the waiting list. But to be frank he is a busy man to say the least."
Looking on after he said that he would take in what everyone was talking about. Just where could the noble be amd a farm was the ideal spot. This put a smile on his face as the only known farms were not too far from the village and seeing as the nobles were on thier way here they must be there." This could be a long shot but yall see. We could check the milk farm I mean its the closest one around and well yeah ot could be worth a try. But we are dealing with a high level bandit. So we best get ready to fight." Flow would say this as he looked over to the Raven Hair Konichi. Thinking to himself that the name matches the face it was no doubt about who she was. But how strong has she become? Or was she going to be a liability in battle? He would start to think these things as he looked on to the rest of his team. As he truly did not know what each one could do but only that thier clan names hold weight.
Looking back to everyone from his day dreaming he would say. " Alright if we are to go we need a elect a leader amd since it was your mission first you could take lead. Looking at his male counterpart he would say this. As Flow had no interest in leading as he would look back to the young girl next to him. " So your a Uchiha huh, most left this land long ago. I wonder what made you stay? Looking over to the Sarutobi konichi he would say. " I heard of the legends of your clan as well. Talk about a perfect counter type."

Re: Visiting noble [C-Rank]

Azumi’s mind was already racing with possibilities and theories as the three other Shinobi began to discuss the situation at hand amongst themselves. It was a moment that stimulated her latent natural curiosity. Her eyebrows furrowed and her lips pursed, the common sign of her being deep in thought. The feeling of her mind going through endless possibilities was a welcomed new sensation. It was what reminded her that this was what she was meant to do. After all, being banned from this kind of work weighed on her heart for a reason. Yet, she still felt a twinge of guilt whenever she found herself happy about her ability to pursue the life of a shinobi. This was because her ability to participate in these ventures was due to the untimely demise of her parents who would not tolerate her pursuit of this life. However, what Azumi quickly learned through it all was that she could not live her life for other people. It was a lesson that came at a great cost, however. It reminded her that everything in her life happened for a reason, even if she couldn’t bring herself to admit it. The girl knew it was what she was meant to do.
The female Uchiha remained fervently aware of their theories, thinking them through as they played in her mind. When Hojiro mentioned the farm, a scenario played in her head. An extended travel and presence there would likely be enough to turn a few heads especially considering the nobles would have likely remained in their flashy caravan to keep up appearances. As the rest of them likely guessed this would lead to further hostages in the form of the surrounding farmers. For those who carried out this crime she figured that would lead to too many loose ends. However, it wasn’t completely impossible. It wasn’t unlikely but it also wasn’t the most probable scenario. Hojiro also mentioning the forest made her think of all the dangers and possible mishaps that the group of bandits would have run into. The risk of being poisoned or worse would have been enough for the group to reconsider. After all, the risks of their hideout had to be outweighed by its benefits. Sure the forest would have provided ample hiding spaces but she couldn’t imagine that they would have considered the risk worth such effort.
From this Azumi began to deduce that they would likely station themselves in a place where resources would still be in reach in case anything went awry. Additionally, had they had any intention of actually following through with releasing the nobles once the payments were made, they would have to remain in close proximity to an easily found location. Moreover, if they wanted to send messages to their hostages’ loved ones and subjects, they would need to be in a position to do so efficiently. That was why when Blaisa mentioned Tanzaku Town Azumi’s eyebrow raised, denoting her peaked interest. This was a scenario that was more likely to her than far off lands due to the resources that would be readily available to the bandits. There was also the advantage they would get from knowing the town and good places to hide their hostages without being discovered. They could likely pay off some of the locals to—no. That wouldn’t work either. The locals would probably get caught up in their own greed and demand money which would be detrimental for the bandits. Or even worse, turn them in for the likely heavy sum of reward money. Truthfully, while she was deep in thought the sound of their voices melted into the background as she replayed each of these scenarios in her head over and over again, counting in multiple factors to form her theory. Unfurling a map of the Land of Fire, she’d hold it out to the rest of the group, using her black painted fingertips to point to the map.
“The farmlands are unlikely because of how distinct a noble caravan would appear in the midst of such a rural area. Discarding the caravan would be a necessary but time consuming step in the plan of the assailants. On a related note, while the forest could provide sufficient cover, learning about the forests’ life threatening flora and fauna would be another necessary task that could distract them from their overall goal. It’s possible that they would already have an understanding of the forests’ characteristics but that would only mean that they also would have an understanding of how dangerous and unnecessarily risky this trajectory would be.”
Her finger then slid to an established settlement in the Land of Fire, Tanzaku Town, per Blaisa’s suggestion.
“I would say this is one of the most likely scenarios for their location. Given the certain type of… people that reside here, it’s likely they are familiar and probably live within this settlement. Thus giving them the home field advantage and knowledge of tried and trusted hiding spots. However— given the culture of greed within the town it would not take long for loose ends to make themselves known or even further it would not take them long to turn the bandits in for the large sum of reward money. In any case, there would have been at least whispers of the Nobles there by now.”
Her finger once again slid to another direction on the map. It now laid on the end of the route that the Nobles would take, which would be their home.
“I propose that they have hidden the Nobles in plain sight. What do all of our other theories have in common? They are widely spread out from each other and quite far from the home of the Nobles. Had they put themselves in our shoes, they would have already predicted what we might assume. And while they are all decent theories, they are equally likely thus making them the perfect diversion. A reverse divide and conquer if you will. Near the homes of the Nobles they would have access to communication resources to convey their demands to the Nobles loved ones. Like Blaisa said, it would be unwise to rule out an ambush but that doesn’t mean they completely diverted from the Nobles’ intended path. If they create the narratives the Nobles have been taken from their home—or never reached it, they could watch as we scattered far and wide away from it.”
Azumi explained thoroughly, relieved to be able to express through words what had been a somewhat overwhelming process of information through many scenarios and hypotheticals. Azumi finally returned her attention to them, raising a brow.
“What do you guys think?”

Hojiro would lean forward pushing off the mission board , once he had listened to his teammates all give their own reason’s as to why the farmlands was optimal he would begin the slow journey toward the farm lands. In truth hojiro was amazed that his companions had deduced and came to a conclusion so swiftly and without any clashing it was a rather refreshing take on life , considering their lives where full of opposing forces on the daily no matter how great or small but today everything seemingly flowed in one direction as it should. As he and the rest of his fellow shinobi would venture toward the farm lands , hojiro would pull out a kunai and simply begin twirling it in his hands in anticipation.
When they arrived at the barn hojiro would have two of his fellow ninja scope the place out , upon there return they would organise a simple targeted ambush. They wouldnt need to kill the bandits , as they held vital information as he was sure the leaf village would want to know how they managed to pull this off in the first place. Once all the bandits where subdued and the noble secure the group would make their way back to konoha to get their bounty.

Noticing her shark skinned companion release his grasp from the mission board with a sense of determination towards completing the mission, Blaisa silently followed as her and the group began to make their way towards the farmlands. On her way down, she couldn’t help but show off her brightened and wide smile, being proud enough to finally be comfortable to open herself up to others. It was a feeling that she couldn’t shake, pondering on how this would change her as a person for the rest of the group’s way towards saving the nobles located in the Land of Fire.
Approaching the area where they had suspected the nobles to be located, they were greeted with an unpleasant surprise as the group began to be ambushed by a group of bandits. Springing immediately into action, the group of leaf shinobi wasted no time jumping into the fight in order to defend themselves as well as their comrades. Fighting for over the course of an hour, the group managed to successfully defeat the bandits as well as save the group of nobles they were originally set out to save.
Heading back to her home located in the Sarutobi District, she would wave goodbye to her newly met friends still containing a smile of appreciation and comfort. Blaisa felt good about herself, and she knew that it would only go up from here.
