Dramatic way in

Orokana walked down the main road of the hoshi territory. There he walked alone the smooth stone way road until the tall forest trees took over and hid him from the sun. He was thankful as he hated the heat but sighed as he grew near the big gates of the village. For him it was a symbol of a busy life and people bugging him again. He was happy and proud to live as a hermit in the middle of nowhere. Writing his books all day and studying his own genjutsu theories, though the only plus side to this for Orokana is that now he can test his genjutsu much more effectively as he could use them against people again. Soon he saw the gates only a couple meters away, his green eyes scanning the area as he had his chakra signature reduce to a low signature long before he got close to the gates, thanks to his chakra mastery skill he made for himself (10). He rubbed his hand against his head and scratched it lightly mostly due to annoyance from what he would assume was going to a bad rest of his day. He wore a simple black shirt with a katana at his hip, holding a backpack made from dark brown leather behind him, his black jeans just barely going over his shoes which were a dark grey. All of it help give his pale face look even more pale. His face was also always emotionless as he started to get as close as he could, then knocking on one of the smaller doors of the gate hoping someone would at least talk to him. Thankfully he had the hoshi headband still, but he never wore them, only keeping it in his backpack along with his book and cloak. Now he just had to wait for someone to greet him or shoo him away, and he hoped it wasnt someone that would annoy him, but most people did so his odds werent looking good.

The day was getting long for Tsubaki. She had been sitting in the sun all day with very little entertainment. She was stuck with guard duty for the day and that meant waiting at the gates for someone to enter or exit and for her to make sure there was nothing suspicious. It was a long task but a much-needed one. 

As it was still early in the shift, Tsubaki noticed a dark-haired figure approached the gate. As she looked over the figure more, she would notice that he had a Hoshi Headband, a katana, and a large backpack. She could safely assume that the figure was a shinobi, but anyone could collect a Hoshi headband from a dead shinobi, so she couldn't say it was a Hoshi Shinobi. Plus he was armed, Tsubaki would have to be cautious. 

As the green-eyed man came to the gate entrance, Tsubaki would stand in the path to stop him from continuing. "Hello there!" She would call the man with some kindness in her voice. "Might I get your name and where you were coming from?" She would ask him routinely while armed with a clipboard with all the notes for the guards to look at before letting a shinobi in. It had a list of all the shinobi that had left the village.

He was looking at some of the people walking as he noticed the girl walk in front of him. He guess he looked like trouble to her. He eyed her for a second and then sighed lightly before he responded to her. "Hello, I dont think I will be on a list but I am Orokana, and from would be from no were. Literally the place was in the middle of the mountains." He kept his eyes on her eyes as his emotionless voice carried his words. He didnt know if he should try to smile but in the end he didnt care. Hopefully she would look at the list and then let him past since in his mind he was just a normal person. Though now that he was thinking about it since he is holding everything he owned the katana would be a bad thing to carry. But it was too late to try and hid his weapon. "Hopefully theres no issue. Last time I was here there wasnt." He said trying to see if she would let him pass with ease though he wouldnt be lying. He could sense this ladies chakra so he had an idea of her strength in terms of chakra. She didnt seem like the muscle head women he knew before but at this point he would also seem weak as he had a skinny build with not a lot of muscles from lack of working out much. He couldnt help but think of what happened to the people he knew since he was here last, hopefully they were fine, worse case they died he supposed. Even if they did die he would think that would have fuelled others to get better or get revenge for them. But knowing most of the people none of the people would be dead, they never did anything dangerous normally.

Orokana sighs after a couple moments of waiting for the lady he rubbed his head and walked around her, holding his weapon on his side as he mumbled to himself and said "Well young lady I will be going now, seems that Im not on that big bad list so I will be going inside now and seeing what has changed since Ive been gone." He would give her a small fake smile then nod his head then walk away from her. Humming lightly to himself as he entered the village he had some ties to.
