Kaos's training

Kaos takes a deep breath in. The volcanoes' refreshing air was amazing. He smiles happily, ignoring the dark thoughts that hung out of the edges of his mind. The attack on his home, the betrayal, the waking up in a shallow grave. He shakes his head, as he starts to run. His body was still stiff and he felt weaker then how he use to be. He groans, and shakes his head. Right now, the past was the past. Nothing had come to haunt him from it yet, and as of now, the state of the world didn't matter to him.
He jogged farther into the volcanoes, losing himself to the nature. He stops, starts stretching. He lets all his body tension go, and drives back the other thoughts. Tossing his gear, leaving himself with only his clothing on.
"Now then, for the first time in awhile, lets do some training. Its good to be back and working on becoming stronger again." 
He started by practicing using jutsu he hadn't had a chance to use in a time. He holds the clone sign, and two more of him appear.
The three grin at each other, and break apart. The clone to his right starts doing a jutsu, blue energy glowing around his hands as he makes the signs of ox, then rabbit, then finally monkey He charges forward in a straight line, but Kaos makes the handseal Ram, disappearing in a cloud of dust to attack the clone to his left who was starting to form a rasengan in his hand. Lashing out with a punch hard enough to knock the breath and break the clone's concentration. Behind him, Kaos hears as the clone one hits a tree behind with a chidori. He grins wickedly, as clone two lashes out with a punch to his face. Kaos responds by blocking, and the two of them do a brief period of hand to hand combat. They break apart, as clone one decides to rejoin the fight. Kaos ducks low as clone one lashes out with a high kick. Kaos lashes out with a quick punch towards clone one, and does a low kick towards clone two. The first backs out of the way, while the second braces himself against the attack. Kaos moves backwards, forming the sign of bird, and launches out wind bullets at the both of them. Unable to dodge in time, both clones puff into the great beyond as two bullets each riddle their body.
Kaos smiles and says outloud, "Well that was fun. Now time to start working on some actual jutsu."
He begins forming the handseals of snake, to bird, to ox, to ram. He pushes his chakra into the jutsu, and a barrier of lightning chakra begins to, move across the skin of his body. It sputters as he tries to push it out to from the barrier. He grunts as it finally fails. He shakes his head and grins. Learning new jutsu always was a fun challenge. He wipes his brow of the sweat that accured from the exertion from the run, from the fight, and from trying to work on a new jutsu. He attempted the same process, but instead of the barrier beginning to form around his body, it sputtered off, and he began panting.
"Well time to take a break and rest." Kaos thinks to himself, as he heads over to the tree where he left his gear, avoiding the tree that his shadow clone had hit with a chidori. He sat down next to his gear, and grabbed a water bag. He gulped it down quickly, and leans back on the tree. He breathes in deeply, and leans back against the tree. Allowing himself to enjoy the sounds of nature around him. He rested, allowing himself time to recover before he started the next trial of practicing for his new jutsu. He listened as the birds fluttered and filled the air with the sounds of music. He watched as other animals moved by from a distance, and he smiled.
He stands up, shakes off the lingering weariness, and begins his practice again. After all this time, he knows that repetition is the key, that through practice, he can make himself stronger.
"So I no longer have to run away." He thinks to himself, using it to motivate his practice of the jutsu Sphere of Lightning.
"So when it's time to fight again, I can preserve." He thinks, as he forms the signs of snake, bird, ox, ram. 
"To have the ability to run towards danger." He thinks, as he tries and fails to push the barrier out around him.
"To not wake up in a shallow grave again, left for dead." He says as he forms the hand signs again, moving faster than he was earlier.
"This is my resolve. To be better than I was, to be stronger than I am, to improve myself until I can stand up to the gods themselves. Let these volcanoes hear the testament to my resolve, and if I fail to keep this resolve, may the volcanoes consume with lava." He forms the barrier pushing it out and around himself. It pushes outward and around him, and it holds until it sputters and collapses.
Kaos nods to himself, giving a very determined look. He would push himself in order to not run away, and in order to never feel fear again. He continued practicing the jutsu, repeating the same hand seals over and over again, letting them soak into memory, and letting the memory become muscle and the muscle become reaction. He pushed the jutsu out over and over, holding it, keeping it maintained. He kept working at it, until he was able to use the jutsu without it failing. He smiles, grabbing his gear again and placing them into their normal place on his body. He turns back and begins the trip back to his new home of Kazangakure, happy that he finally began training for a new jutsu.
