Relaxing by the stormy sea. [NK]
Sat Feb 25, 2017 8:54 am
Hikaru stood by the open gate and looked out to the stormy sea. Twisting and turning, writhing in all directions, without boundaries it was limitless, not bound by the damned rules of the village. If Hikaru was not bound by the rules he would be stronger, he would be exploring, killing. The idea of killing excited him, he had never done the deed, but it was enticing, the thought of taking a life. Hikaru longed to fight someone or something, regardless if he was going to win or not. He brought out his Kunai and studied it closer, feeling the sharp edge with his bony fingers. Despite all the training he had been doing, his ribs were still visible and he barely had any muscle on his legs or arms, and it annoyed him to no end.
"Curse this weak body of mine." He cursed. He walked out the gate and began to carefully tread among the rocky beach. Watching the powerful waves crash into them. He gazed at the restless waves below him and mused how easy it would be to end someones life by pushing them over the edge. Only a very skilled ninja could possibly survive the force that the waves emitted.
He sat down on the rocks with his legs dangling over the water and relaxed. Relaxing was something that Hikaru did very rarely, but he just felt drained. He had not done any rigorous training but he just felt empty. Attempting the summoning jutsu had tired him out, and losing Tenzo was all to much for Hikaru to handle. He didn't feel sad, he didn't feel anything but emptiness. Tenzo was the only one who had actually given Hikaru a good fight, and now he was gone.
He sighed and laid back on the hard rocks, it was uncomfortable but he didn't care. Perhaps someday someone else would give him the fight that he longed for.

Hikaru stood up and began stretching, while he didn't want to do any intense training he could still practice his chakra sensory. As he stretched he circulated his chakra round his system, calming him and relaxing his muscles. The chakra was calm and controlled, the complete opposite of the ocean below him. Once he had finished stretching he squinted and looked out across the ocean. He could makeup the vague outline of some landmass through the fog, once he was strong enough, he would go there.
He sat down in the lotus and closed his eyes, expanding his chakra sensing as far as it would go, about 10 meters in all directions. He wanted it to go further. He wondered if anyone could sense the hole world, how connected they would be. If anyone could do it, it would probably be the celestial snakes. He could only summon one of them, the contract holder. Apparently the contract holder had never done any training, which was why it was the easiest to summon.
Deciding to try and summon the contract holder he got up and slid his hands into the necessary seals Boar-Dog-Bird-Monkey-Ram, and proceeded to bite his thumb and place his palms on the rocky surface. In a puff of chakra smoke a small snake appeared where his palms had been previously placed.
The snake was 4 ft in length and was completely white apart from its veins, which were red and flickered, like fire. Its eyes were glowing yellow and there were black slits in the centre. It opened its mouth to speak, revealing rows of jagged, sharp teeth.
"Why have you summoned me?" The snake hissed, eyeing Hikaru up and down. Hikaru shrugged
"I wanted to see what you looked like." Hikaru started, as he looked at the snake he realised that the scroll was nowhere to be seen "By the way, where is the contract?"
"You want to see it?" The snake hissed. Upon Hikaru's nod the snake began coughing and spluttering. It was at this moment that Hikaru saw a scroll shaped object appearing in the snakes throat. The snake continued coughing until the scroll was fully visible and laid out across the rocky surface. Hikaru walked up to it and looked at his own name, written inside. Sighing, Hikaru began to speak.
"I was actually wondering if you know anything about Chakra Sensing?" Hikaru asked the snake. The snake swallowed the scroll and looked Hikaru in the eye.
"It is a necessity for all snakes to meditate," The snake began "I may not know chakra sensing but I know how to train it. Sit down and I will explain it as easily as possible." Once Hikaru had sat down and closed his eyes and snake continued to speak "Feel your chakra flowing through you, take note of how it moves, reacts. Once you have done this feeling other chakra should come a bit easier." Hikaru did not say anything as he was too deep in meditation.
Instead of setting his sensing externally he decided to focus internally, on his own chakra. He felt it flow through him, how it moved, how it felt. Once he had done this he began trying to feel around him. He felt the air around him saturated with chakra, it moved a lot like his own chakra, just without the constraints that his bodily chakra had. The chakra around him felt like water, he felt like he was swimming. He opened his eyes and found he could still feel the chakra around him.
"Wow," These were the only words Hikaru could say, the chakra around him felt powerful and empowering. He stood up and walked around, feeling the chakra around him. If he were to guess he would say that it felt like he could feel about 50m in every direction, he had made quite the improvement.
"Its quite a feeling, isn't it?" The snake chuckled. Hikaru nodded "If thats all you need from me I best be off now, if you don't mind, please un summon me." Hikaru closed his eyes and concentrated and in a puff off smoke, the snake was gone.
Hikaru continued to walk around for a while, feeling the chakra around him. After about 10 minutes he felt tired and laid down on the rock, closed his eyes and began to have a light nap.
