Backstory: This was a shuriken technique which was used before the cataclysm. The most notable user of this jutsu was Uchiha Sasuke.
Appearance:
The user throws two shuriken (like the fuma shuriken) simultaneously. They are thrown in a way so that the target only sees the first one thrown.

Stat Boost: +10 to throwing speed
What it does: The user throws two shuriken (like the fuma shuriken) simultaneously at his/her target. While the victim is focusing his/her attention towards one of the shuriken thrown, he/she does not see the other.
Additionally a ninja could use this technique to throw other ninja across the battlefield, so long as the ninja being thrown are using the Transformation Technique.

You are correct, Ris. Though registered version of the jutsu does nothing as UchihaLegend points out after it got approved. Since the original poster has yet to change it for 2 years, I merely wish to make the jutsu useful instead of an ap waster. =)

gg, I didn't even check to see if it had been re-approved. Someone had brought it to my attention, and I kinda just rubber stamped this (Hence why I missed "(This technique already exists but does nothing)".) I do apologize.
Alrighty then, this seems pretty simple and mostly ready to go. Either bump the rank up to C-rank, or lower the buff/debuff to 10.
