Hysterio walked up to the village gates. If anyone tried to talk to him or such, he would explain he was ordered here following Xyxer, the former Tenkage, who was working with the Shima people (in what exact capacity he could not truly say though his suspicions were that Shima would be rebuilt into a new Kirigakure)
