Thief in the vilage [Mission]

Tee was recently hired by the Mission Center to catch a thief within the village. Didn't that person know that this village was full of capable and active ninja to stop and persecute him. Regardless Tee had no time to think about such frivolous affairs. Tee stood in the shade of a apple tree awaiting for the thief to strike yet again. It has been reported the attacks that the thief has made and they appear to have no pattern, it seems that this person is just randomly robbing people for the fun of it. But Tee had no time for this, he had to quickly deal with this menace and be home in time to wash his equipment and eat lunch. Tee looked around the village from where he was standing at. Tee saw an old lady strolling a man walking his dog and a child walking to the ramen shop. These were three potential targets that the thief had to choose from. Tee leaned against the tree awaiting an attack from the thief but Tee wasn't surprise when the thief didn't shop up. Tee walked from under the shade of the tree and onto the sun filled road. Instantly as soon as Tee stepped onto the road a person with a mask covering his face rushed by Tee bumping into him in the process with a small group of people chasing him from behind. Tee instead of running away or stopping to figure out what was going on used his common knowledge and to assume that the thief had either just struck again on somebody else or him.
 
Tee ran after the thief checking his pockets for what he had and didn't have. Tee ran after the thief and slowly caught up because of his superior speed. Tee now right behind the thief quickly took out a kunai and launched it at this thieves back. The thief immediately collapsed onto the floor either form exhaustion or from the blow by the kunai. Tee went over to the thief retrieving his kunai and pulling the thief over his shoulder. Tee was going to bring the thief back himself as proof that thief was captured and dealt with. The thief wasn't yet dead but he would be if he didn't receive medical attention. But that wasn't Tee's issue as he was only interested in the reward and that he got.
