Vexis had exited his village gates and headed to the borders. He had received a letter from an old childhood friend he had met pre-academy years. Ijin Uchiha, had wanted to meet up with him and talk with him, maybe even go to Tazuka town to do some research at the library. And apparently there was a pressing matter that Ijin had to discuss with Vexis.

Voided entirely, no letter was sent to act off of, and there is no way for you two to know each other for you are not mentioned in either backstory.
Vexis is from Skyscraper, and Ijin from Suna, they are both on the other side of the world, and on rival nations, there is no way they met pre academy years.
If you two wish to randomly meet up at Tanzaku town for the first time that is fine, but do not partial metta to roleplay together.
